This Rhone white field blend is comprised of Roussanne, Marsanne, Viognier, Grenache Blanc and Picpoul Blanc. These grapes are grown together in a one-acre vineyard in the town of Sonoma. They were picked and pressed together on September 23rd. Cold fermentation was followed by aging in neutral French oak barrels, creating a wonderfully balanced wine, that is light, delicate yet full of flavor. The floral aromatics are supported by hints of honeysuckle and Meyer lemon.
